Schedule: Full-time, 35 hours per week; Schedule may vary: 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm, or 11am-7pm
Hourly Range: $36.21 - $ 41.21*
*New hires are typically brought into the organization between the minimum to midpoint of the salary range posted depending on qualifications, internal equity, and the budgeted amount for the role.

Position Overview: Under the supervision of the Program Director the OLP - Clinician will collaborate with providers and work with clients in a therapeutic setting with a 1:1 capacity. This role is designed to provide clinical services and 1:1 psychotherapy to communities within the 5 boroughs of NY. Clinicians will be expected to manage highly sensitive confidential information with accuracy, discretion and integrity. A clinician must be service-oriented, well organized, and detail-oriented with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize, think critically, identify potential issues and offer solutions. An OLP clinician must have strong assessment skills, CBT, and a trauma informed approach. Clinicians will additionally be responsible for keeping up their license or permit and completing trainings to increase clinical growth.
