Here at Optum, the largest network of medical groups in the nation, we are seeking dedicated, patient-centric Diagnostic Radiologists to join our growing team in our northern and southern locations located in the state of New York. Position Highlights:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • The radiology department covers multiple imaging sites in the tri-state region where our Radiologists work cohesively to provide high quality and timely interpretations
  • Offering state of the art image guided procedures including all types of breast biopsies, thyroid biopsies, fluoroscopy, joint steroid injections, and arthrograms
  • Our radiology department offers high quality equipment, PACS and efficient automated dictation templates
  • Home workstations allow flexibility, improved quality of life and better coverage for our urgent cares
  • As a part of a large multi-specialty group, we have one dedicated EMR with additional sharing technology, our team communicates effortlessly within our department and with our referring colleagues both in and outside of the organization

Required Qualifications:

  • Unrestricted medical license in the state of New York or has New York application in process
  • Board Certification or board eligibility in Radiology
  • Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start

New York, NY Residents Only: The salary range for New York residents is $465,389 to $641,707 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
