About the Role

At Ogilvy Health, Copy Supervisors are viewed as vital to team success for their ability to create, direct and represent outstanding creative works. They prove themselves to be invested beyond their core creative responsibilities by demonstrating a heightened sensitivity/understanding of the strategic imperatives and market dynamics. The team has complete trust in their ability to consistently contribute strong conceptual ideas, innovative/experiential executions and top-notch digital/print designs.

Being more fully immersed in the strategic/business-oriented aspects of their brands and the financial health of the agency distinguishes copy supervisors from their previous level. They become more comfortable in identifying/allocating appropriate resources (in-house/freelance) and become less-reliant on the direction of top tier creatives. They also focus on developing strong, respectful and productive partnerships within the broader team.

What You'll Do

  • Understands the big picture as well as the nuanced details of a project
  • Proactively asks questions to help further define project requirements (brand specifications, UX, tech, customer insights)
  • Plays a significant role in internal and client reviews
  • Seamlessly manages multiple projects simultaneously
  • Understands how and when to be flexible and how to effectively negotiate timing and budgetary needs

What You'll Need

  • Four to six years of related Healthcare Agency work experience in a copywriting function
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Advertising, Communications, Strategic Marketing or related field required.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. $70,000$140,000 USD
