The Benefits & Wellbeing Manager is a part of the Benefits & Wellbeing team at IPG Health and eports to the Director, Benefits & Wellbeing. The Benefits & Wellbeing Manager will help oversee daily operations of the Benefits & Wellbeing team while managing multiple programs across the agency. An integral part of this position is ensuring that escalated employee benefits or leaves concerns are resolved in a timely manner. The Benefits & Wellbeing Manager also works closely with the Director to ensure that the company's benefit programs are communicated effectively and meet the needs of the employees.


Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate the annual Open Enrollment process, including communication strategies and timeline.
  • Develop comprehensive communication materials to educate employees about available benefits.
  • Organize and host monthly Benefit Office Hour sessions where employees can seek assistance and ask questions on benefit-related matters.
  • Manage the company's tuition reimbursement program while following established guidelines and policies.
  • Manage full cycle Leaves of Absence as needed; handle escalated or complex Leave of Absence (LOA) claims, providing guidance and support where needed.
  • Continuously research and monitor industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to employee benefits & wellbeing.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the company's Benefits & Wellbeing offerings based on new trends and employee needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Minimum of five years' experience in Benefits
Salary

$99,000 to $118,000 annually.

The salary range for this position is noted within this job posting.
