The Role:
The Account Executive, Client Partnerships collaborates with sales leads to manage daily operations and independently oversees accounts. Responsibilities include proposal administration, reporting, market research, leading client discussions, facilitating team communication, overseeing projects, nurturing client relationships, coordinating entertainment, and contributing to strategic initiatives-all aimed at generating incremental revenue for the team's success. Strong organizational skills, flexibility multitasking ability, and proactive planning are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Own 50% of all new business, handling outreach, cold calls, and driving revenue generation
for both the agency and the advertiser
Independently manage Colossal video sales and project management
Create new relationships with potential clients, independently of the sales lead
Execute multiple Request for Proposals (RFPs) daily, with utmost accuracy and efficiency
Oversee and manage daily workflow for the entire book of business, making independent decisions often
Strategically enhance RFP responses by conducting research and providing insights on how our units align with client needs. Examples include utilizing maps, census data, key events, and Geopath data
Track the status of active RFPs and review historical submissions to develop annual target reports
Monitor the competition by gathering current marketplace information on products and activities
Generate contracts post-sale and ensure accurate input and maintenance of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data for sales leads
Work with the internal Operations team to ensure transparent, timely delivery of campaigns, making autonomous, strategic decisions in real-time to optimize client campaign experience
Contribute ideas and develop strategic briefs for revenue-generating client-facing collateral
Complete photo and affidavit reports based on agency needs and requirements
Resolve challenges by investigating problems, developing creative solutions, preparing comprehensive reports, and making recommendations with a positive mindset
Keeps sales lead informed through the submission of activity and results reports, including daily outreach reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual performance analyses
Maintain and nurture client relationships acting as an extension of the sales lead, taking ownership of the book of business to drive growth
Identify and coordinate Bespoke events for client partners, serving as an ambassador for Colossal
Host client entertainment independently
Host shop tours by providing a detailed overview of the paint process to clients
Lead market rides by strategically planning and executing tours of the Colossal inventory within a market
Independently present agency and advertiser pitch presentations to client partners, both virtually and in person
