Academy Assistant Coach
Whippany, NJ
Job Description
The purpose of this role is to bring on and off field development and high performance to the Academy players with a responsibility to support the development of our team philosophy, style of play in the day-to-day coaching and on game day. The Assistant Coach will liase with the respective Head Coaches on all day-to-day matters related to the Academy players and teams.

- Minimum of a USSF 'B' license or UEFA equivalent
- Minimum of five years working in elite youth development environment
- Eager to learn and adopt new practices
- Positive attitude towards change and information technology
- Highly motivated, demonstrating a passion for working as part of team and specifically with the New York Red Bulls
- Travel 20-30%
- Permanent
