Job Description

Client Summary:

Summary of Need:
  • Respond to support tickets in a timely manner
  • Provide detailed notes of all activities and interactions in the system
  • Provide superior customer service Must be able to communicate effectively with key organizational stakeholders and be able to deal with a high-pressure environment with SLA escalation procedures for resolution

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
  • Experience working in a hospital and/or with radiologists is required.
  • Experience working in a service desk environment.
  • Must be able to document and type 40 words a minute.
  • Technical familiarity with any of the following: Imaging Information Systems (IIS), Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Picture Archive and Communication Systems (PACS), EPIC, E-Clinical, Athena or similar system.

Shift/Schedule:
9:00 AM-5:00 PM
5 days per week


Contract Length:
8 weeks
