The SAP OTC (Order to Cash) Analyst will report to the SAP Architect (OTC) and play a crucial role in supporting the BMC COE team. The main responsibility entails translating business requirements and challenges into both functional and technical architecture within our SAP environment. This role necessitates close collaboration with various stakeholders including Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, Architects, Functional and Technical Teams, IT Development and Operations Team, Enterprise Architecture Team, and third-party vendors.

Responsibilities
    Analyze and resolve support and enhancement requests.
  • Support duties for day-to-day SD stakeholders in the areas of Customer Service, Marketing, Accounts Receivable and Billing.
  • Recommend revisions to SAP related business processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Interface with other functional areas to implement cross-functional solutions.
  • Develop, Deploy, and maintain training materials and plans to meet the needs of users.
    Facilitate key decisions and configuration for SD module in SAP.
  • Work closely with business process owners to identify, prioritize, and deliver continual improvement work items following SAP best practice.
  • Adhere to change control process (cross functional impacts, appropriate flow downs, documentation updates)
Qualifications
  • 3+ years SAP OTC; preferably working on ECC and/or S/4 HANA
  • 5+ years of professional working experience; preferably in a similar industry
  • Expertise in configuration and implementation, customization, and maintenance of SAP OTC is required.
  • Strong comfort level with pricing procedures and pricing conditions
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills are required
  • Extensive hands-on functional design and configuration experience, including detailed specifications for WRICEF objects is required.
  • Experience with setting up and troubleshooting ALE/IDOC integration for sales orders is a plus.
  • Experience working with SAP Commerce Cloud is a plus
  • SAP Vistex hands-on experience with configurations, issues handling Order processing - chargebacks and billing areas is a plus.
  • Hands on SAP S/4 HANA migration or implementation is a plus
