Your Role:

As a Senior Studio Artist, you'll collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, UX/UI Designers, Account and Project Managers to create, revise, and finalize both print and digital files. Working closely with teams across the Inizio Evoke platform, you'll actively contribute to the creative and production process by providing creative ideas, technical recommendations, and actionable solutions. You'll balance teamwork and independent work, approaching project edits with an efficient mindset to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and established processes. Day-to-day, you'll manage multiple projects, adjusting to shifting priorities as necessary.

Senior Studio Artist Responsibilities:

  • Support Creative team in development of layouts, creating and revising charts, graphs, infographics, and other creative assets.
  • Execute layout revisions quickly and accurately with an eye for detail.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for studio support on a designated set of brands, acting as a liaison between the studio and the brand creative team. Provide overflow support to the brand's creative team when needed.
  • Assess workload and communicate resource needs with Studio and Project Management.
  • Build clean files that adhere to established brand guidelines, industry standards, and agency best practices.
  • Build print mechanicals and prepare files for print production; ensuring resolution, font, and color issues are addressed (ie, patient brochure).
  • Finalize digital files for release (to developers or third-parties), creating build kits or by adding interactivity (ie, clickable PDF).
  • Maintain and categorize art and project files, adhering to established asset management practices including file naming, organization, and format conversion.
  • Stay updated with the latest creative industry trends and seek continuous learning opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with layout production in an agency or traditional printing environment.
  • Expert-level experience using the following Adobe Creative Suite programs for Mac: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat
  • Working experience in XD, Figma, or Sketch.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint; in addition to basic edits, ability to build templates and format slides
  • Understanding of all phases of print & digital production, layout, and design (including output and pre-press & digital file prep).
  • Excellent attention to detail and a desire to produce high quality work.
  • Aptitude for learning new software and adopting new techniques and practices quickly.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations.
