The Senior Manager Business Intelligence and Analytics will join the Finance Velocity office to design, build and advance the critical tools, systems, capabilities, and innovation of Business Intelligence. The Senior Manager will support Visa's Finance BI strategy e.g. implementation of AI while leading an initiative to shape and refine our end-to-end reporting/dashboard strategy, reporting automation and standardization and systems user needs and requirements. They will evaluate and influence visualization tools e.g. Tableau and/or Power BI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial data reporting and analysis, experience modernizing BI, and the ability to discern insights and communicate to executive leadership.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 147,700 to 214,150 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
