EisnerAmper, a premier accounting and business advisory services firm, seeks a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Supporting our Raleigh office and select national go-to-market groups, the ideal candidate will be self-motivated with excellent interpersonal, execution, writing and organizational skills.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:

The position will be responsible for executing marketing and communications activities which support the strategic goals of the firm, help drive growth and enhance our brand image. On a daily basis, the coordinator's role will involve (but is not limited to):

  • coordinating and implementing events and sponsorships

  • assisting with presentation and communication projects

  • updating marketing collateral, brochures and presentations

  • monitoring and preparing reports on new business opportunities and the local sales pipeline

  • assisting with proposal and pitchbook development

  • office database integration support

  • maintaining contact lists and other marketing databases

  • assisting with content projects

  • assisting with creation of social media campaigns and postings that will enhance the brand across various social media platforms

  • As needed, provide support for

    • Marketing department administrative activities

    • Marketing team initiatives and projects

    • Niche practice groups and strategic marketing efforts

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Associate degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field required

  • 1-2 years marketing experience. Financial services or professional services experience a plus

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines

  • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach

  • Extensive experience with MS Office 365 particularly Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams. Other marketing computer software and online applications a plus (CRM tools, Monday.com, etc.)

  • Excellent communication and people skills

  • Good understanding of marketing principles

  • Hybrid role: 2-3 days a week in the office

  • Minimal travel
